Hello.
This is Lim Jeong-min, CEO of RECS Innovation.

I believe that a company’s growth is not achieved through technology or capital alone. 
There must be a clear vision of what kind of future we want to create, communication that connects that vision to the goals of all members, 
and the ability to execute to realize new possibilities through products and services.

RECS Innovation's vision is energy. By turning geoswitching technology into a business that operates in the field, we are realizing both carbon neutrality and energy accessibility.

We want to create a future where renewable energy is not limited to production but is connected to green hydrogen production through storage, operation, and power trading. 
The direction we pursue is to enable clean and stable energy to increase industrial competitiveness while also changing lives in areas where access to electricity is difficult.

To realize this vision, we set clear goals. 
Stable operation of renewable energy power generation facilities, efficient control of energy storage devices and distributed energy resources, and 
Green use of remaining renewable energy power The goal is to complete the technology for converting to hydrogen into actual products and businesses.

A vision cannot have power when it remains the thought of one representative. 
When members understand the meaning of the vision and connect their work with specific goals, the organization becomes effective.

At RECS Innovation, we start by talking about why we do this. 
Clearly share the company's direction and goals to be achieved with members, and allow each person to ask questions and make suggestions based on their own experience and expertise. 
We listen to each other’s thoughts across differences in department, rank, major, and nationality, find better ways together, and connect the agreed-upon goals with each person’s actions.

Our communication does not stay only within the company. 
We discover problems at the customer's site, check power plant operation data and market demands, and connect the knowledge and experience of universities, research institutes, public institutions, and domestic and foreign partner companies. 
In the research and development process, rather than first deciding on a technology and then proposing it to the market, we check the performance, price, operation and maintenance conditions required in the field and reflect these in product development.

I believe that there is potential and ability in all members that has not yet been fully revealed. 
Members are not people who perform given tasks, but subjects who understand goals and create better solutions. 
The role of a leader is not to provide the right answer, but to create a direction and environment so that members can discover and focus on their strengths.

New value begins with deep immersion and an open perspective. 
While we delve into the essence of the problem to be solved, we sometimes take a step back and look at familiar technologies and markets in a new way. 
Deep immersion improves the completeness of the answer, and open observation allows us to discover previously unseen questions and possibilities.

Now, we are expanding the experience and execution power accumulated in renewable energy integrated operation into the field of AEM (anion exchange membrane) water electrolysis. 
Commercializing core technologies that lead to non-precious metal catalysts, catalyst electrodes, corrosion-resistant metal separators, and easy-to-maintain stacks 
Transforming renewable energy power into green hydrogen We will create a new foundation for growth that will transform us.

The technology and business capabilities we have accumulated domestically are also connecting to overseas markets, including Central Asia and Africa. 
Listening to local voices and designing answers together with local partners, creating a sustainable business that connects renewable energy, energy storage devices, microgrids, and green hydrogen. We will create it.
